Shipping policy

Movera ships across Canada — coast to coast.

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $9.99.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days for most Canadian addresses. Remote regions (Northern Quebec, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) may take up to 18 business days. Shoes typically arrive in 10–16 business days due to their size.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Currently, Movera only ships within Canada. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Customs & duties: as we ship within Canada, there are no customs fees on your end.
